Chef Jean-Pierre Flushe began his culinary journey in the most unusual of places - his grandmother's bathroom. As a child, he was fascinated by the intersection of cleanliness and cuisine.

After training at Le Cordon Bleu and working in several Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Flushe decided to bring his unique vision to life with Toilet.Food - a restaurant that challenges conventions and creates unforgettable dining experiences.

"Food and bathrooms have more in common than people think," says Chef Flushe. "Both are intimate experiences that bring comfort and relief. I simply combine them in an artistic way."
